McCarthy & Smith, Inc. was hired by Ann Arbor Public Schools in early 2019 to provide construction management services for multiple sinking funded projects within the school district.  The McCarthy & Smith team was rehired for the 2019 Bond Program.

    • Interior upgrades to multiple facilities
    • New school facilities

    • Interior remodeling and system upgrades
