McCarthy & Smith, Inc. began working with Berkley School District in 2014, providing pre-bond assistance, pre-construction, and construction services for the 2015 Bond Program. Successful partnership continues with the 2018 Sinking Fund work. 

  • 2018 Sinking Fund Program:
    • New cafeteria addition at Anderson Middle School
  • 2015 Bond Program:
    • Assistance with the facility assessment, needs analysis, scope definition, and
      budget development for the successful passage of the 2015 Bond Program
    • Addition and remodeling projects at nine buildings – four elementary schools,
      one middle school, Berkley High School, Norup International School, Avery Early
      Childhood Center, and Tyndale Administration Building
